YAMATO JUKENSDGs Declaration
For everyone's health and happiness, a peaceful and prosperous future
Yamato Housing is supporting SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Our business philosophy is "Joy for All", and we have strived to become a company that customers can enjoy through our housing products.
Joining SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), which was adopted by the United Nations in 2015, it is essential for us to provide a house that is the basis of living, and we believe that our house will also contribute to the society, as YAMATO JYUKEN, INC has supported SDGs.
From the beginning, we have been researching and working on the “energy-saving houses” for a healthy and comfortable living, which also solve the problems of “SDGs No. 3, 7, 5 and 17”. Furthermore, we will also promote and dedicate to the technology grants and extension activities inside and outside of Japan in order to develop high-quality houses.

Clean energy for everyone
High airtight and heat insulation house can protect illness or heat-shock, which helps to increase the health improvement effect. We are working on product development and health promotion activities for healthy and comfortable living, such as further improvement on airtightness or heat insulation performance, and the application of the entire air conditioning system.
Let's empower gender equality
The Nadeshiko Project, which is center-focused on female employees, has been launched to engage in product development and various initiatives. We are using ways of working that are not based on age or gender, such as on-site supervisor as women, nurturing managerial staff, and creating an easy-to-return environment after parental leave.
Let’s achieve goals through partnership
We are conducting activities to spread the knowledge about high airtight and high insulation houses through seminars and study sessions for construction companies and builders from all over the country.
Furthermore, we are also promoting technology grants not only in Japan but also in Vietnam.
